Our standard rehearsal dinner collections include everything you need to celebrate in style, designed for 25 guests:

  • One (1) Digital Invitation personalized with your event details (delivered as a downloadable file; printed invites with envelopes available as an add-on)
  • One (1) Welcome Sign printed on high-quality foam board
  • Fifty (50) Beverage Napkins
  • One (1) Signature Sips Sign
  • Twenty-five (25) Menu Cards OR (write-in) Place cards
  • Leave a Note Keepsake Activity includes 8.5" by 11" tabletop sign with a wooden block for stand up display, twenty-five (25) 4" by 6" notecards, twenty-five (25) mini pencils, and seven (7) envelopes size A7 that correspond to the message options on the notecards
  • Bonus: Twenty-five (25) Drink Stirrers

Hosting more than 25 guests? No problem! You can easily add supplies in increments of 10 to accommodate up to 125 guests.

'Leave A Note' Activity Description

Forget the traditional guest book—let’s make your well wishes unforgettable! Instead of simply signing your name, each guest gets to pick one of seven special occasions/ milestones from a list (think: first anniversary, first home, or Date Night Ideas) and write a heartfelt, funny, or wise note to the couple. The notes are slipped into an envelope labeled with the occasion, and the newlyweds will open them as each occasion/ milestone arrives—enjoying your words of love, laughter, and advice all throughout their journey together!

Timeline

From order to pick-up, the process typically takes 3–4 weeks. We recommend placing your order at least one month before your event to ensure everything is ready to celebrate in style!

Proofing
Once your order is placed, your designer will get to work on your personalized pieces right away.

  • You’ll receive your first proof within 5 business days
  • Additional revisions will be sent within 3 business days each

You'll have direct access to your designer for feedback, revisions, and guidance—because we believe in making the process as stress-free as the party itself.

Production
Once you approve your final design, we’ll send everything straight into production.

  • Production typically takes 2–3 weeks, depending on order size and complexity

Development Process

From custom details to perfectly packed party pieces—here’s how it all comes together:

STEP ONE – PERSONALIZE
Start by browsing our curated celebration collections to find the one that fits your vibe. Once you’ve picked your favorite, choose your personalized options like activities, signs, and any add-on extras.

STEP TWO – ORDER
Add your selections to your cart, fill out your event details, and check out; we’ll take it from there! Once your order is in, we’ll have everything we need to get started on your celebration.

STEP THREE – PROOF
Let the magic begin! Within 5 business days, you’ll receive digital proofs of your personalized pieces. You’ll work 1-on-1 with your designer to review, request edits, and make sure everything is just right.

STEP FOUR – PRODUCTION & PICKUP
Once you give your final stamp of approval, we move into production. We'll quality check every piece, wrap it up with care, and reach out to schedule your local pickup.
