Because each of our pieces is created with care, all sales are final. We’re unable to accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items
We want your celebration to be perfect! Please check your order as soon as it arrives, and if something isn’t right, email us within 7 days at maryn@bellesandbowscelebrations.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll share next steps to make it right. Please note, items sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted.
